These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Pay Per Visit parking product offered by Smart Parking Technologies Ltd (“SPT”) through the SPT ParkEasy mobile application (“App”) or the website (www.spt.ie or www.bookings.spt.ie). By purchasing parking visits and utilizing the Pay Per Visit parking product, customers agree to adhere to these Terms.
- Pay Per Visit Product Overview:
- Customers can purchase parking visits via the SPT ParkEasy app.
- One visit is deducted from the customer’s account each time they enter and exit the car park.
- Each visit covers parking for a maximum duration of 24 hours.
- If a customer parks for longer than 24 hours, two visits will be deducted from their account, and so forth.
- Advance Purchase Requirement:
- Parking visits must be purchased in advance through the App before arriving at the parking facility.
- Failure to purchase visits in advance will result in standard short-term parking fees being applied and payable by credit or debit card at the car park exit station upon departure.
- Payment and Charges:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient visits are available in their account before entering the car park.
- Customers will be charged for the parking visits at rates set by SPT, and as displayed in the app.
- Use of SPT ParkEasy App:
- Customers must download and use the SPT ParkEasy app to purchase and manage their parking visits.
- The App allows customers to monitor their visit balance and purchase additional visits.
- Account Management:
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and ensuring their account information is accurate and up-to-date.
- SPT is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of customer accounts.
- ANPR Technology and Vehicle Number Plates:
- ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology is utilized by Smart Parking Technologies Ltd to monitor and control access to the parking facility.
- Only standard vehicle number plates conforming to regulatory standards are accepted by the ANPR system.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their vehicle number plates are not modified and are kept clean, without any obstructions, to allow correct reading by the ANPR camera.
- Square number plates are not accepted by the ANPR system and may result in access restrictions or additional charges.
- Customers are advised to adhere to these provisions to ensure smooth access and utilization of the Pay Per Visit parking product.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- Purchased parking visits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- SPT reserves the right to amend or cancel purchased visits in the event of technical issues or system errors.
- Limitation of Liability:
- SPT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Pay Per Visit parking product, including but not limited to vehicle damage, theft, or personal injury.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- SPT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
By purchasing parking visits and using the Pay Per Visit parking product, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions set forth by Smart Parking Technologies Ltd.
