ANPR stands for Automatic Number Plate Recognition. It is a technology used to automatically capture and read vehicle license plate information using optical character recognition (OCR) software and specialized cameras.

With the SPT Park Easy App, you can effortlessly manage all your parking requirements from the convenience of your mobile device. Here are just a few of the key features and benefits you’ll enjoy:

Our mobile app enhances the ANPR parking experience by allowing you to conveniently manage your parking from the smartphone. With the app, you can easily check available parking facilities, reserve parking spaces in advance, make cashless payments, receive notifications about parking payments, and seamlessly enter and exit the car park using ANPR technology, providing a seamless and user-friendly parking experience.

Parking Membership Subscribers are benefiting from unlimited and unrestricted access to a safe and secure parking facility. With a parking membership, you pay to access service for a period of time. For example, you might subscribe to parking services on a yearly basis. Customers can choose between Monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly or Annual Parking Membership options.

A membership offers excellent value for money. A convenient parking option for those who frequently park in the same parking facility, those who require parking for work, or are a local resident.

There is no contractual obligations. All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them. If you cancel, you can continue using the car park until the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting my account section of your Park Easy app.

Simply apply for one of our Membership Subscription options via this app. Subscription renews automatically on a monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annual basis. Customers subscribing to six monthly or annual membership plans, may benefit from additional discounts. All of our members can fully manage their membership online via Park Easy app.

You may cancel and disable the auto renew option at any time after you join, and you will not be charged again for a renewal. Your current subscription period will remain active until it expires. Credit Card will NOT be charged for renewal before your subscription expiration date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting My Subscriptions section on Park Easy app.

Once your are subscribed via this app, our system will recognize your vehicle registration numberplate.

To enter the car park, simply approach the entrance barrier and the ANPR system will automatically recognize your license plate and open the barrier for seamless entry. When exiting, the ANPR system will again recognize your license plate, allowing for a smooth exit as the barrier opens automatically without the need for a ticket or manual validation.

You can enter the car park as a Membership Subscriber, once you have subscribed to a parking service via this app, and received a confirmation e-mail & the text message.

IMPORTANT: Your vehicle must NOT be parked in the car park, when subscribing to parking services. If you do so, short term parking fees will still apply for your current visit, and will be payable by credit/debit  card at the car  park exit station.

You can check your existing subscription status by navigating to My Subscriptions section of your app.

You will receive an automated email notification 3 days prior to automated Membership Subscription renewal date. You will also be notified in case of failed subscription renewal payment, subscription cancellation or expiry.

At the car park entrance terminal you will be notified that your Membership Subscription is expired. You will need to press the ”Enter” button, to enter as a short term customer, and regular car park fees will be applicable & payable by credit/debit card at the car park exit terminal.

Pay Per Visit is a flexible parking product offering its users savings on daily parking fees (no Per Hour charges). You pay fixed parking fee per visit.

As a Pay Per Visit customer you will be benefiting from a discounted parking rates per visit. Depending on the car park location, user can save up to 60% on daily parking fees.

Pay Per Visit users can purchase ”Visits” via Park Easy app and use their ”Visits” to enter and exit the parking facility. To purchase Visits, please navigate to the home screen of this app and choose Buy More Visits option.

Every time you enter and exit the parking facility, one ”Visit” will be deducted from your account. The remaining balance of ”Visits” available on your account will be shown on the car park entry and exit machine screens, every time you enter or exit the car park.

Please note, ”Visits” you purchase have no expiry date, thus if you don’t use the parking facility, they remains on your account until you need them.

Once your have purchased ”Visits” via this app, our system will recognize your vehicle registration numberplate.

No, you can only have one parking product at the time. Should you wish to switch parking options, please contact us via Contact Us section in this app & our team members will gladly assist you.

As your Park Easy app account is associated with the specific vehicle registration number, only one active product is allowed per user.

If you need to arrange parking for second vehicle, please log out off your Park Easy app, and register new account for your second vehicle.

If you have changed your vehicle, you will need to submit your new car registration number to us, so that system can be updated, and your new vehicle is recognized by the ANPR system.

To submit your new vehicle registration number, please navigate to the bottom of Contact Us page, and click on Change My Car Reg option.

It may take from 24 to 48 hours for the changes to be applied. We will not be able to issue refunds for the parking fees paid against any unregistered vehicle registration numbers.
